Brooke is an enthusiastic and professional business and marketing manager, driven to achieve outstanding customer service, every time. She has a passion for delivering high quality marketing campaigns, with a passion for Real estate, renovating and property styling. Brooke enjoys working with people, with over 16 years experience in community and stakeholder engagement, marketing and business management roles.

Brooke’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science at Newcastle University, a Master of Business Administration (Human Resources and Marketing) through UNE and a Community Planning and Development Certificate through UTS. Brooke has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors course and is scheduled to complete “Certificate of Registration, Assistant Agent” in 2022.

Brooke has worked in customer service, marketing and business management roles. As a Director for a large regional Marketing and Communications Agency, she managed a small team and worked with a diverse range of clients to fulfill their marketing and communications needs. She has a strong understanding of the media, journalism and public relations. She has experience working with marketing and communications specialists including graphic designers, videographers, digital specialists, website developers and social media specialists in order to deliver high level marketing campaigns, under tight deadlines.

Brooke provides first class customer service at Southwell Property, providing support to agents, marketing support, and coordinating business operational activities.
